This website and the Honey product are run by AlonsoScale ("we", "us"). Payments are handled by our reseller, Digistore24, which acts as an independent data controller for the information it collects at checkout. Please read its privacy policy for that part of your purchase.
We collect as little as possible. If you contact support, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you include in your message. Because we don't run our own checkout, we never see or store your payment card details.
If the member area lets you tick checklists or write notes, that progress is saved only in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
We use your information only to reply to you, resend access links and process refund requests. We do not use it for advertising or build profiles about you.
We don't set our own advertising or tracking cookies. The member area may use your browser's local storage to remember your access and progress on that device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts and the checkout is provided by Digistore24; each may use cookies under its own privacy policy.
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with Digistore24 (to process and deliver your order) and with providers that are strictly needed to operate this site, such as hosting, all of whom must keep it secure.
Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted. Order records are kept by PAYMENT_PLATFORM according to its own legal obligations.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Brazil's LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email soporteryout@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Honey is intended for adults organizing their households. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Chore lists for kids inside the product are used offline by families and are never sent to us.
We only email you about your purchase or in reply to your messages. If you ever receive marketing email from us, every message will include a one-click unsubscribe link.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
