I didn't get my access email

Digistore24 sends your access link right after checkout. Look in spam, promotions and updates folders, and search your inbox for “Honey”. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email us and we'll resend it.

My access link doesn't open

Try opening it in a different browser or in a private window. If it still fails, send us your order number and we'll check it by hand.

Can I use Honey on several devices?

Yes. Open your access link on any phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install and no device limit.

Can my partner or housemates use it too?

Absolutely — Honey is designed for the whole household. Share the printables and templates with the people you live with.

Payments

Where is my receipt?

Digistore24 emails your receipt / invoice straight after purchase. You can also find it in your order confirmation email.

Is this a subscription?

What name will appear on my statement?

Because Digistore24 processes the order, your statement will show its name or a reference to it rather than “Honey”.

Refunds

How do I ask for a refund?

Within 60 days of purchase, use the link in your Digistore24 confirmation email or write to soporteryout@gmail.com. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Usually 5–10 business days to reach your card or account, depending on your bank.
